◈About the Role

Adora is an AI-powered parental control app that helps parents manage and monitor their children's smartphone use. From screen time limits to content filtering, we give families the tools to set healthy digital boundaries. We started in Japan under the name Kodomamo and are now expanding into Southeast Asia markets where smartphone use among children is growing fast, and where parents are actively looking for better tools to stay involved in their kids' digital lives. We are a small, international team based in Tokyo. We move fast, care about what we build, and believe that helping families navigate the digital world is genuinely important work.

• —Researching the parenting and digital safety landscape in your target market
• —Identifying and reaching out to potential partners — schools, parenting communities, local

• —Feeding insights back to the team so we can build and communicate better for each

◎Requirements

• —Have roots in a country outside of Japan
• —Speak English and Thai
• —Have some experience in outreach, partnerships, sales, or community building — formal
• —or informal
• —Comfortable working independently without a lot of direction
