✓What You Will Do
—Support projects led by the CEO and executive team.
—Assist in preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and other strategic materials.
—Support the planning and execution of new business initiatives.
—Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
—Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
◎Requirements
—Strong interest in business strategy, startups, venture capital, or climate tech.
—Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
—Strong communication and presentation skills.
—Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
—Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
—Business-level Japanese is preferred, and English proficiency is a plus.
