#WasteLessWaste - Building a sustainable future with cutting-edge smart waste solutions. Our mission: cut contamination, boost recycling rates, and shrink carbon footprints where people actually throw things away—cities, campuses, cafés, and arenas.

✓What You Will Do

• —Own Jinomi’s social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube)
• —Plan a weekly content calendar tied to launches, pilots, and recruiting
• —Write JP (occasionally translate to EN) in a consistent brand voice
• —Create/light-edit assets (Canva/CapCut) or brief designers
• —Post, schedule, and engage (comments/DMs); escalate issues when needed
• —Run quick A/B tests on hooks/creatives; iterate based on results
• —Track core metrics (reach, engagement rate, saves, CTR) in a simple dashboard
• —Source micro-influencers/partners and manage UTM links/collabs
• —Conduct social listening and surface insights to the team
• —Maintain community guidelines and a basic crisis-response playbook

◎Requirements

• —You’re an independent, proactive builder who loves climate communication
• —1+ year managing social accounts (brand, club, or personal project)
• —Native Japanese; English fluency is a plus
• —Comfortable with LinkedIn and X; familiarity with Instagram/TikTok/YT Shorts helpful. Basic design/video skills (Canva, CapCut or equivalent)
• —Able to analyze simple metrics and turn them into action (engagement rate, CTR, follower growth)
• —Experience with a scheduler (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or native tools). You can maintain a consistent voice, handle comments respectfully, and know when to escalate
• —Bonus: B2B tech or sustainability content, running paid boosts, or building simple Notion/Sheets dashboards and UTM tracking
