✓What You Will Do

—Support digital advertising operations (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms)
—Optimize and rewrite website and affiliate content to improve conversion performance
—Develop and test marketing hypotheses based on data
—Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CVR, and CPA to propose performance improvements
—Plan and execute customer acquisition strategies targeting students and young professionals interested in study abroad and language services
—Work directly with senior leadership to drive measurable growth initiatives

—As we enter a rapid growth phase, we are seeking highly driven individuals who want real exposure to performance marketing, data-driven strategy, and scalable business operations.
—This is not a passive internship. You will be treated as a junior business professional and expected to take ownership of real revenue-impacting projects.
—You will receive direct feedback from former strategy consultants, former public-company executives, and founders actively scaling global media and education businesses.

—Ability to work at least 4 days per week (24+ hours; weekend work possible)
