2. For Students

• You may browse and apply for internships listed on this platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted in your application.
• JVA does not guarantee employment or internship placement.

3. For Companies

• Job listings must be accurate and in good faith.
• Companies are responsible for compliance with Japanese labor law.
• JVA reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

JVA Internship Board acts as a marketplace and is not a party to any internship agreement between students and companies. JVA is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from internship arrangements.

5. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
